The Celebrations Continue for Chirny

women team of the year recipents2019 deakin team of the  yearThe Women of Chirnside continue the celebrations at the EFL League Best and Fairest Awards.
Emma Lewis, Chelsea Wilkinson and Jess Provan were all named in the 2019 Deakin Uni Team of the Year.
Emma ‘Lewie’ Lewis was awarded with the Leading Goal Kicker, having kicked 26 goals for the season.
Jess Proven finished Runner Up, and Brooke Slaney 3rd in the League Best and Fairest Award for the Premier Division.
Alyce Bailey finished equal fourth in the North Division Best and Fairest Award.
We are so incredibly proud of these athletes and beyond excited to see them recognised for their outstanding work in Season 2019

Skip hits the 100 game milestone

skip 100 game milestone20 August 2019 · This weekend Meghan ‘Skip’ Stephens will play her 100th game of Senior Womens footy for CPFC as she takes to the field with the Reserves Women in their first ever Preliminary Final!
Skip has been at the club since the creation of the Senior Womens side in 2011. During her time, she has taken an active role in the club, as not only a player, but also in a leadership capacity. Skip Captained the Womens side in 2011-2013, was a Leadership Mentor in 2014-16, Assistant Coach in 2016, won the President's Award in 2017, and was the Womens Head Coach in Seasons 2017 and 2018.

Rach notches up 50 Games

rachael palmer 50 games12 July 2019  A big congratulations to Rachael Palmer #34 who will play her 50th game on Saturday! Rach is a traditional forward who takes big marks, crashes packs, and snaps some very handy goals! In Season 2019 Rach has taken on additional roles both on and off the field, stepping up to the challenge of ruck duties, while also joining the Women’s Committee in the role of Sponsorship. We congratulate Rachael and look forward to watching her run out onto the field tomorrow!




"The Chief ''LOZ'' cracks the Ton''

loz 100 games7 August 2019 · On Saturday 10th August we will witness CPFC history as Lauren Howell #33 runs on the field to play her 100th game!
Loz has played all 100 games at CPFC, having been at the club since the girl’s side first began 10 years ago.
Loz is our Chief down at full back, but has also seen time up forward where she is a handy kick on goal. Her experience and understanding of the game is invaluable, and she provides incredible support for all those around her.

Kate & Emily reach 50 Games

 14 June 2019 · Congratulations to Kate Priestly and Emily Wilkinson who will play their milestone 50th games tomorrow! This is an incredible achievement for both players who are highly respected members of the CPFCW family. Get down to cheer on the girls as they run onto the field at tomorrow’s twilight game against Vermont.
