Womens Sponsorship

CHIRNSIDE PARK, ONE CLUB

Our Sponsors keep our Club viable.

The Chirnside Park Football Club (football & netball), like most other Sporting Organisations, relies heavily on support from local business and our member families. At Chirnside Park Football Club we are striving for all our teams to move up through their respective divisions with our ultimate goal being division 1for all sides but we face continuing challenges in securing the necessary sponsorship revenue required to keep our Junior, Senior and female teams competitive - on and off the field.

Chirnside Park Football Club places a stong emphasis on maintaining and strengthening our partnerships with all our sponsors and families. Our sponsorship packages for 2017 include greater opportunities to support the club and we are always happy to negotiate a package that best suits both parties. We value our partnerships with all our sponsors and will strive hard to provide them with the best possible value for money.

Please take the time to peruse our different sponsorship partnerships available to leverage a sponsorship with the Chirnside Park "PANTHERS" and help to drive your business. We will welcome any level of sponsorship or interest in our packages and would welcome you with open arms to have you on board as part of the PANTHER family.

About our Female Players

Interest in women’s/girls football is going through the roof at the moment, highlighted by the recent AFL Women’s exhibition game. While the new AFL Women’s League will kick-off in February female football is not new for our club. We first introduced it into Chirnside Park Football Club in 2009 for youth girl’s aged 13-17, they are known as the Pink Panthers. This group is now our U18 girls team and they compete in The Eastern Region Girls Football League of the EFL competition. This group has reached finals on numerous occasions but they did themselves and the club proud by being Grand Finalist in 2016.

Women’s football is not a new concept for the Panthers, since their formation and 2011 inception into the (VWFL) 4th Division of the Victorian Women’s Football League our senior women’s team have progressed to compete in division 2.

Since 2014 our women’s team have competed in the finals and have played off in the preliminary final the past two seasons. We are very proud of their efforts and achievements the women’s team are well and truly established they are an integral part of the Chirnside Park Football club family.

Year by year we are seeing more and more interest in women’s football at Chirnside Park Football Club the growth and the participation level of women’s football has now grown to the point where we are hopeful of fielding a development team into the new EFL development league in 2017. The introduction of women’s teams in the EFL is one of the association’s most significant moves in its 54 year history. The Panthers look forward to embracing it.

The Chirnside Park Football Club provides its female players the opportunity to be a part of a club with a unique united spirit and culture. Our U18 girls team has a strong pathway to progress to senior women’s football, this a real positive for our women’s football team that approaches the future with confidence. Our vision remains to retain and build their involvement in all aspects of our club, while at all times pursuing excellence in their sporting endeavours to be successful in the Victorian Women’s Football League and now the (EFL) Eastern Football League.
