Just thought I's keep everyone posted with Catie Wilson's
adventures
while playing Football in Perth!
Leaving Home at 6am to catch a plane on Saturday morning, Catie wasnt feeling the best with a slight cold. Even with Catie absent from the Pink Panther home game, her mother Heather was down at Kimberley supporting and giving a helping hand.
Getting to Perth was beautiful weather and strong Sun! Stripping down to shorts and t-shirts! (lucky you)
First game was played in great spirits Vics winning by 60pionts - With a long recovery session at the local beach, heading in waist deep in cold water, stretching down all the Vic's where feeling great about the win!
Second game was another impressive win by 157 with Catie starring, kicking 3 goals and being named in the best for the game- with another strong long recovery session.
Yesterday was their first rest day for the trip allowing the girls to go shopping and visit the Fremantle jail aswell.
With another 3 games to come, one today, tomorrow and saturday before heading home on Sunday.
We wish Catie all the best while in Perth.. and cant wait to hear more!!
Pink Panthers there will be no training for the first week of the school holidays as we have no game this weekend (3rd July). Rest up and have a safe and fun break, training will resume as normal on Monday the 5th July at 5:00pm. Training for that week is compulsary, call Keltie if you have any queries.
