Chirnside Park Football Club

The boys ventured out to Boronia last Sunday in what was always going to be a tough contest.

Unfortunately we lost a few players for various reasons for this important clash, however this was certainly no excuse for our poor performance on the day. From the first bounce Boronia played a very disciplined brand of football which is something our guys must learn from. While we had our fair share of the ball during the game our poor disposal and decision making let us down. Our inability to apply any scoreboard pressure early in the game certainly made it all the more harder as the game wore on.

Full credit must go to Boronia as they were a well drilled outfit and will certainly be amongst the contenders for this years title.

Next game is on 16^th May at home against last years Premiers Knox
